Job Summary:

Opportunity for 3 full time CST's to join our OR Team. a Level III trauma center with 5 state-of-the-art surgical suites. We offer Robotics (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci), General, Eyes, Ortho, Brain/Spine, OB-GYN, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, ENT, Trauma.

Multiple shifts available:

Working 3-12 hour shifts 0700 – 1930 (Full time)
Working 4-10 hour shifts 0700 – 1730 (Full time))
Rotating evening/weekend call. Typically 1 week night every other week and 1 weekend every 9th week.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program.
Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Association of Surgical Technologist (AST)
Colorado DORA Surgical Tech License or in process.
Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
1 year experience is preferred.
Available to work day/evening shift with rotating call schedule.

SALARY RANGE

$27.94 – $41.08/hour
Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill-set
$2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
$4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm – 7:30am.
Eligible for a Transitional/Relocation bonus for those that qualify (2 year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)
Current monthly retention incentive $$ paid in addition to rate.
Annual Bonuses based upon organizational and individual performance

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Are you registered as a Surgical Tech in the State of Colorado?
Do you have current BLS (American Heart Association) certification?
Do you have 1 year CST experience?
Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assist
Are you a Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program?

COMPENSATION

Base Salary – USD $52,303 to $76,901
