KLS Resource Solutions will provide resources to cover seasonal peaks, special projects or absence of core employees. This ensures that our partners maintain a high level of productivity with minimum interruptions and at the same time operate more cost effectively.

Evaluation Hire

KLS Workforce Solutions provides a 90 day temp to hire period which is called the evaluation hire period. During this period, our partners have the opportunity to evaluate our candidates and the candidates also have an opportunity to evaluation your organization. This ensures that we have the candidate that is the right fit for the position. This arrangement helps to reduce turnover and provides cost savings in advertising, interviewing and time spent recruiting.

Direct Hire

KLS Workforce Solutions will recruit and place candidates for core positions with our partners for a fee. Our candidates are carefully screened and if they are not available from our pool of candidates we will locate candidates in specific business niches and actively recruit them for the specific positions. The benefits to our partners include time and cost savings for advertising, recruiting, interviewing and turnover. We offer a 100 day guarantee on direct hire placements.

Professional Consulting

Many of our clients recognize the benefits of outsourcing services, as well as reviews conducted by experts in their fields. We provide qualified consultants to assist time sensitive projects and reviews. Our Professional Consulting Services complement our talent Acquisition and includes the use of a business diagnostic tool which integrates business strategy and talent optimization, performance and potential. We meet with our partners during an on-site visit and determine the needs of the organization. We identify resources and provide the expertise necessary to implement the solutions. We monitor and assess changes, particularly in regards to the overall strategic plan

Resource Management

KLS Workforce Solutions will work with our business partners to become the primary service provider. We will coordinate and administer the functions of the temporary workforce and allow you the time to focus on core activities to increase productivity. Our resource management team will also assist you with managed services as well as personnel administration.

Management Training

KLS Workforce Solutions will provide customized training programs to meet the specific needs of our partners. Through our partnership, we will develop specific solutions in line with your overall strategic goals. We will:
